Everything MCS, made seamless
Every MCS document and requirement organised in one place, in the same software you already use to design and quote solar and heat pump systems.
Where things stand for this installation, and what to work on next.
Every requirement, tracked from survey to handover
MCS isn't one document, it's a running list. Reonic tracks the whole list against your project, so nothing gets missed and nothing lives in a separate spreadsheet.
Commissioning & Certification
Turn the finished install into compliant records.
Site Surveys
Capture the details before you plan.
Grants & Pre-installation
Get the paperwork moving early.
Handover
Hand the customer everything they need.
We assemble it, you customise it
A required document on every install, often running to around 50 pages, normally assembled one document at a time.
paperwork
Create a letter your customer can sign digitally.
Request signatureSubmitted through the DNO's ENA Connect Direct portal once the letter is signed.
Issued automatically once the deposit is confirmed with the chosen scheme.
Fill in by hand, then let AI read your answers back in.
Every check, handled
Before an install goes ahead, the roof, the kit, and the noise levels all need checking. Reonic runs this as part of the design.
Structural Check
Wind zone, altitude, distance from sea, snow load, terrain, and roof type, assessed together to confirm a roof can carry the install, with bird protection in the same flow.
Mounting Kit Selection
Choose from the brands you already fit, with component counts calculated from the plan.
Heat Pump Sound Check
Checks expected noise output against UK sound limits, so an install doesn't run into a noise complaint after the fact.
Shown, not explained
Your proposal comes pre-filled from the design and survey you've already done, branded, ready to send, and open for your customer to review and sign.

MCS Performance Estimate
Generated automatically and included at the bottom of every UK proposal, PDF or web. The number your customer needs to see, already in the document you're sending them.
Sun Path Shading
Maps exactly where shading affects the system across the sun path, shown directly in the proposal. A technical requirement made visual, instead of something you have to explain.
Audit-ready
MCS installers are audited on their paperwork as much as their installs. The Compliance Hub keeps the evidence organised year-round, not assembled the week an audit is announced.
